H2O2 A Super Fluid A friend of mine told me how she hated getting sick as a child. All the remedies were just horrible. Cod liver oil for colds, gargle salt for a sore throat, iodine for cuts, butter for burns. Yes butter. She felt her parents were cheap, always going to the cupboard and slathering on whatever and saying ‘this is how my Mom and your great Grandmother took care of us’. Today she’d call 911. How saturated fat heals a blister was never fully explained of course, the cod liver oil was really just a pun, she now hates salt and her Dad’s marine kit iodine was equivalent to hot sauce on wounds. Horrible yes. But relief came in the form of a brown plastic bottle, for her cuts at least. It was 3% hydrogen peroxide. Her parents decided to enter the 20th century and spent 25 cents for this powerful, versatile and healing wonder fluid. Some home remedies are worth human trials, others just toast. Fortunately the studies of the healing properties of hydrogen peroxide, first written about in 1818, have proven it to be an anti-bacterial anti-viral elixir.

A bit of history

It was French chemist Louis-Jacques Thenard who first discovered hydrogen peroxide, eventually manufacturing what he called Oxygen Water. That is because hydrogen peroxide is water, H2O, with an extra oxygen molecule, making H2O2. Its a naturally occurring substance created when our ozone layer, O3, is struck by ultraviolet light in the presence of moisture, whereby a single oxygen molecule leaves the ozone to bond to water giving us H2O2. Rain then provides us trace amounts of hydrogen peroxide through fresh fruits and vegetables, but our bodies also make it, with the highest concentration in a mother’s breast milk. Thenard’s Oxygen Water didn’t find a market, but once again the French inspired a revolution, this time in health, which found its way to America’s shore.

So of course you know that oxygen is essential to life, we can survive up to 14 days without water, 8 weeks without food, we are dead after 15 minutes without oxygen. Its used by our quadrillion plus cells for complex metabolic processes that rid cellular toxins, maintain immunity, support proper brain function, rebuild tissues, release enzymes to assimilate nutrients, counter aging and more. Our challenge is to get enough of it. Our atmospheric oxygen supply less than 200 years ago was 40%, today its 19-21%. And this lower percentage is being spoiled by pollution, while deforestation eliminates a natural oxygen generator. The ingestation of junk food, stress, acidity, taps into oxygen reserves taking it away from its primary metabolic function. And our lung capacity decreases 5% every decade of life. What we end up with is an anaerobic environment in our bodies, meaning oxygen starved, that is the breeding ground of parasites and infectious agents.

Early Scientific Research

Some of the earliest writings on hydrogen peroxide appeared in the Journal of the American Medical Association in 1888, where I.N. Love M.D wrote:
“After a six months’ trial of the peroxide of hydrogen, considering the nature of the agent and its effect upon purulent matter and bacteria, I feel justified in concluding the peroxide of hydrogen is a most efficient means of cleansing purulent surfaces, deep cavities and sinuses, and stimulating the healing process in ulcerating parts. As a destroyer of microbes it is of great value as a local application in diptheria and scarlet fever, ozaena, coryza and whooping cough.”

Dr. Edward Rosenow (1875-1966) held the basic tenet that we live in a sea of microorganisms, with our bodies being a refuge for millions of these little invaders who set up shop in the goldy lox region of their choosing. It is here that they eat, multiply, fight others, infect, pollute, perform metamorphosis and their presence shows up as inflammation, calcification of joints, kidney/liver stones, hardened arteries, brain plaque and cellular death. He notated the description of 35 diseases that could be eliminated or controlled by the intake of oxygen to create an aerobic, oxygen rich, environment that kills off harmful bacteria that can’t thrive in its presence. Hydrogen peroxide is the easiest way to enrich the body with oxygen, it is an oxygen supplement.

Over the last 25 years over 7000 articles have been written about hydrogen peroxide’s efficacy, with the work of Dr. Charles Farr and Father Richard Willhelm, amongst dozens, presenting data from both oral and intravenous use laying the ground work. At first it was not fully understood why the oxygen content of blood and body tissue increase dramatically when it is ingested. It was thought that our cells stripped the extra oxygen molecule away, leaving the water to join the rest our vital body fluids, but this however in not conclusive. Then Dr. Farr was able demonstrate that hydrogen peroxide stimulates enzymes systems, which increase metabolic rate, causing small arteries to dilate which increase blood flow and the body’s distribution and consumption of oxygen to increase. Its use was wide spread through the 1940′s until prescription medications were introduced.
Now the benefits. This is a partial list of sicknesses reported successfully treated with hydrogen therapy. It is of course highly recommended to seek advice and guidance of a doctor experienced in oxygen therapy.

Allergies Headaches
Altitude Sickness Herpes Simplex
Alzheimer’s Herpes Zoster
Anemia HIV Infection
Arrhythmia Influenza
Asthma Insect Bites
Bacterial Infections Liver Cirrhosis
Bronchitis Lupus Erythematosis
Cancer Multiple Sclerosis
Candida Parasitic Infections
Cardiovascular Disease Parkinsonism
Cerebral Vascular Disease Periodontal Disease
Chronic Pain Prostatitis
Diabetes Type 11 Rheumatoid Arthritis
Diabetic Gangrene Shingles
Diabetic Retinopahty Sinusitis
Digestion Problems Sore Throat
Epstein-Barr Infection Ulcers
Emphysema Viral Infections
Food Allergies Warts
Fungal Infections Yeast Infections
Gingivitis

Formulations and Proper Use

Now hydrogen peroxide is distributed in percentages of purity. Here is the list.
3.5% Pharmaceutical Grade: This is the grade sold at your local drugstore. It is not recommended for internal use. It contains an assortment of stabilizers which shouldn’t be ingested. Various stabilizers include: acetanilide, phenol, sodium stanate and tertrasodium phosphate.

6% Beautician Grade: This is used in beauty shops to color hair and is not recommended for internal use.
30% Reagent Grade: This is used for various scientific experimentation and also contains stabilizers. It is also not for internal use.
30% to 32% Electronic Grade: This is used to clean electronic parts and not for internal use.
35% Technical Grade: This is a more concentrated product than the Reagent Grade and differs slightly in that phosphorus is added to help neutralize any chlorine from the water used to dilute it.
35% Food Grade: This is used in the production of foods like cheese, eggs, and whey-containing products. It is also sprayed on the foil lining of aseptic packages containing fruit juices and milk products. THIS IS THE ONLY GRADE RECOMMENDED FOR INTERNAL USE.
90% Fuel Grade: This is used as an oxygen source for rocket fuel.

The 3% used on skin abrasions gives you a tickle, but any higher grade to touch your skin will burn the bleep out of you. A simple douse of water and you are fine. A pint of 3% hydrogen peroxide has 10 pints of oxygen, while the food-grade 35% has 130 pints. It’s recommended use consists of drops into 8ozs of liquid, so the intake is very diluted. The internal use of hydrogen peroxide is not condoned by the FDA. Some speculate that its because its cheap and non-patentable. But in light of the many years of research, doctors such as those who practice at the Bio-Health Center in Reno Nevada, are providing integrated care centered around oxygen.

The following is a home treatment plan to kill all the bad stuff.
Day # -Number of Drops/ Times Per Day 6-8 oz glass of juice, distilled water, aloe vera
1 – 3 / 3
2 – 4 / 3
3 – 5 / 3
4 – 6 / 3
5 – 7 / 3
6 – 8 / 3
7 – 9 / 3
8 – 10 / 3
9 – 12 / 3
10 – 14 / 3
11 – 16 / 3
12 – 18 / 3
13 – 20 / 3
14 – 22 / 3
15 – 24 / 3
16 – 25 / 3

It is best to drink your healing beverage on an empty stomach or 3 hours after eating. You will experience a unique after taste, hang in there its worth it and just have a chaser close by if its just too much. Also make sure to drink plenty of distilled water to flush out all those intruders. Then all you have to do is maintain your clean temple with the following suggested intake to taper your treatment to zero.

I have been on this regime myself and have witnessed the benefits of painfree, anti-inflammation and a daily energy boost from this experiment so far. How about you?

Maintenance Regime:
In most situations after the above 16 day program, the amount of H202 can be tapered off gradually as follows:
25 drops once every other day for 1 week
25 drops once every third day for 2 weeks
25 drops once every fourth day for 3 weeks

A key website for more information is: http://www.foodgrade-hydrogenperoxide.com/index.html.
It is this author’s mission to push for prevention and keep you out of the hospital. While oxygen therapy has many proven benefits, it is only part of a overall regime of exercise, eating nutrient dense foods/juices, meditation/quiet time and laughter.
To your health and prosperity.

Manufacturing an Egyptian Spring

There is an opportunity to have a much better understanding about the origins of the Arab Spring in light of the trial, or threat of trial of 43 NGO workers, including 19 Americans, in Egypt. What stands out is that the trial fizzled, the 3 judges withdrew from the proceedings with the presiding judge Mohammed Shukri stating “uneasiness” as the reason and the original government minister who supported the raids upon the NGO offices, Fayza Aboulnaga, changing her strident tone to softer notes. On December 29th of 2011 17 raids on 10 NGOs were conducted, 3 of them American. The American NGOs were the International Republican Institute, the National Democratic Institute and Freedom House. They are accused of receiving illegal foreign funds, operating illegally in Egypt and doing political work. By looking closely we might get a glimpse at the underbelly of spreading democracy via revolution.

U.S. conditional support

A bit about Egypt-U.S. relations and NGO work. The Camp David accords put Egypt and Israel into a special situation whereby the U.S. agreed to an aid package of several billion dollars a year to each to facilitate the “Framework for Peace in the Middle East”. The Accord was a crowning jewel of the Carter Administration bringing Anwar El Sadat of Egypt and Menchem Begin of Israel to Camp David for a 13 day negotiation intensive. Out of this came the Egypt/Israel peace agreement which is in force since the signing in March 1979. There are 35,000 Egyptian NGOs and 83 foreign NGOs, of which 23 are American are registered to work in Egypt. The problem was that these 3 particular NGOs had been operating in Egypt unregistered for years, functioning at a minimum level and funded directly by the State Department. The Mubarak regime protested through back channels but nothing changed. In February of 2011, as Egypt’s winter revolution began, the U.S. government announced that the activities of these NGOs and some Egyptian counterparts, should drastically expand. They redirected $150 million from the monies for economic assistance towards them, violating 2 provisions of the 1979 accord: one, that Egypt has the final say as to whom receives assistance and two, that this assistance go to registered NGOs. In June the U.S. announced that $60 million would be targeted to the IRI, NDI and Freedom House, raising tensions even higher as they remained unregistered. In July of 2011 the Egyptian cabinet called for the Justice ministers to start a fact finding mission on all foreign funding. The reported findings from this fact finding mission, released in September, led to the December 29 raids.

Fayza Aboulnaga, Mubarak minister of planning and international cooperation and current member of parliament, found it impossible to move against the NGOs while Mubarak was in office. She objected to the Bush Administration’s unilateral decision to reduce economic aid, saying it violated the 1979 peace treaty with Israel. Republican Senator Sam Brownback didn’t help relations with Egypt when he attached an amendment to a foreign appropriations bill that stripped Egypt of control over any monies meant for democratic promotion. Aboulnaga sees their work as sponsored “chaos” such as was seen in Libya and what ended up dividing of Sudan.

With this new infusion of cash the IRI and NDI got busy. The NDI opened two new offices, in Alexandria and Assiut, the IRI opened three, in Luxor and Alexandria and an additional office in Cairo. The groups also went on a hiring spree, in part to prepare for parliamentary election monitoring in November and December. Both NGOs began training dozens of activists, some of which who became leading figures of April 9th brigade during the revolt. In addition they advised a diverse set of political parties, like the liberal and secular Free Egyptians and even the ultraconservative Salafi Nour Party, on how to coordinate a political campaign, gauge public sentiment and how to handle their public image.

Suspicions inside and out

The movement of suspicion started from within, by those working for US NGOs. Dawlat Sweillam, an Egyptian-American working for IRI, quit her job because she thought that their activities were counter to Egyptian laws. She testified that IRI cloaked its finances from oversight by shifting its money through employees’ personal bank accounts and that directors paid for their activities using credit cards. She also let it be known that the group used public opinion surveys asking questions about religion she felt was outside their stated mission and was going to present these findings to American embassy personnel, not Egyptian officials. It was also reported that in October IRI Director Sam Lahood had all the group’s work-related documents, about 365 pounds of paper, shipped to the United States after having them scanned and saved to disc. This action prompted additional personnel to quit. Though not illegal, it fueled the fire.

Leaked Egyptian intelligence reports, said that some of the computers seized in the raid had sensitive information affecting Egypt’s national security. It also charged that Sam LaHood, based in the IRI office in Egypt, had advised his employees not to disclose their foreign nationalities under any circumstances. Early on Fayza Aboulnaga accused these organizations of sowing unrest in Egypt and working to undermine the country. Egyptian state media published leaked intelligence documents that accuse the groups of implementing an U.S.-Israeli plot involving the CIA to divide Christians and Muslims.

The December 29th raid was unprecedented and sent shock waves through the State Department. Employees were detained and questioned. Several weeks after this, Lahood tried to escape to Qatar, but was blocked from boarding the flight and informed that he and colleagues were on a no fly list because they were under investigation. Fearing his fate and those of other employees, Lahood took himself and 3 other American employees to the American Embassy in Cairo. By January 25th of 2012, charges were leveled against 43 workers, 19 of which were American.

From here the story goes ballistic with major pressure be applied by Secretary of State Clinton and Defensive Secretary Panetta playing the heavies. Sen. Patrick Leahy (D-Vt.) threatened to cut off the $1.3 billion in annual U.S. military aid to Egypt, and a floor vote was attempted at the insistence Rand Paul (R-KY).

But on March 1 a chartered DC-3 was allowed to collect all 19 Americans and lift them away to the US, after someone in our government forked over $5 million dollars. What they left behind are the 15 Egyptian workers, maybe more, who faced the same charges of undermining Egyptian sovereignty and fomenting unrest. They are left to fend for themselves and the news has gone dark on their predicament.

As Lahood and others lifted off the in flight movie was Raiders of the Lost Ark. They found that funny and were ecstatic that they will be tried in absentia.

Wisconsin State worker battle: Real world check for Occupy Movement

Left n Right must Unite to fight this!

The embers that ignited the Occupy Movement were first lit in the streets of Madison Wisconsin against Govenor Scott Walker’s Budget Repair Bill.

It was what everyone feared after an election slaughter that saw tea party anti-ObamaCare hysteria sweep away a Democratic majority. Lots of good that majority did us, right? Anyways look what swept in, a Repub brand of job growth via job destruction, spending reductions, tax cuts and entitlement abandonment. And all these objectives were to be fulfilled at the expense of state workers! Well all but law enforcement, fire employees, state troopers and inspectors. They are exempt from collective bargaining restrictions placed upon all other state workers! That’s just sinister. Doesn’t this violate something besides decency?

And this first responder payoff, these ‘to protect n serve’ types need to be called out! Where is their honor? Oath of office for sale! More to come.

At its height there were hundreds of thousands in the streets of Madison, with thousands taking over the Capital rotunda. It was a righteous Left big tent showing! Thousands with a singular message, rare for the Left. Sad to think that was their first and maybe last mass gathering by state employees at their local seat of power as the Repair Bill makes “organized action” grounds for termination.

To be fair there are some provisions in the bill that are on the mark, like making penison math for elected officials and appointees the same as general occupation types. But way more wrong than right with this sacrifice of public workers to make private interest whole.

Now there is a need for government reform, think waste n redundantcy, but to hoist the whole cost of this financial debacle upon the people, saying they must make whole the investment of global financiers and speculators is just pathological! All the sudden we are the problem, with our slouchy nanny state expectations instead of syphoning activities of greed.

The re-writing of global finance must recognize the preservation of principle over interest payments. And that interest can not have qualities of usury. We are to pay with revenues instead of debt. We should be channeling these fed stimulus funds straight to small biz, infrastructure and worker retraining

The Walker’s Budget bill was halted after being struck down by Judge Maryann Sumi because it’s crafting violated Open Meetings Law. The Wisconsin Supreme Court overturned that, so as of June 2011 it is law. Shockingly a re-call election failed to unseat 6 Repub State Senators, with 4 retaining their seats and thwarting the Demo take back. But how did that happen, does it mean outside of state employees, private sector workers want more taken on by state workers and this being expressed no matter what party affiliation?

It is time for all movements concerned to dig deep into analyzing what kind of change is needed and what is possible over a given time frame. We are at a time when even out of the box tactics are passe. As we move by consensus, they move by syndicate. We bog down, they synchronize their move forward. And we don’t know where anything is going and time is flying.
